How long do my animals hang?
Beef:
2 Weeks, give or take 2 days depending on what day of the week it is cut.  We do offer for beef to be hung an extra week for the cost of $35

Lamb/Goats & Pigs:
The following Monday or Tuesday after killed.
Can a side be split into 1/4's?

Yes, it will be done at the time of pick up, a side must be cut the same (one set of instructions) and will be split as even as possible at the time of pick up.

Do I need to bring boxes or Bags when I pick up my meat?

Your welcome to bring your own but we do provide large clear plastic bags.

What time do I drop my animals off for slaughter?
We recommended animals be dropped off between 7:30am and 11am on kill date.  We don't accept animals the night before kill at the plant but we do by appointment at our farm just a few km away.
When do I pick up my meat?
We will contact you when your meat is ready for pick up.  We are open Wednesday, Thursday & Fridays for pick up, 11am to 4:30pm & by Appointment.
Can I keep my hide and/or head off my animal?
Hides: Yes but must be picked up day of kill between 4-5pm. 
Head: Yes, must be picked up date of kill between 4-5pm.
